AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello mama can be due to sweating. Make ur baby wear cool comfortable clothes in summers to prevent sweating. Apply coconut oil on the heat rashes. The anti inflammatory property of this oil will help to give relief. and use extra Virgin pure coconut oil
