baby boy 2 months 21 days ,,his right eye swelled and it's itching and scratching it please give me suggestion

A. I can only suggest you to clean the eyes with water but I must study without a physical assessment you cannot be sure about what can be the reason behind it so you have to get examined by the doctor on a personal level
