Baby boy 2.5month old in 6th week given painful vaccination and 10th week given painless vaccination plZ suggest me is it good ? Plz

A. fever you can give paracetamol and sometimes with painless vaccine also fever can come in 5% of chances . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
