baby born one day ago after bottle feeding she slept 6hours is it safe

Hello mom some babies after taking a good feed they sleep for long time as well , normally babies cannot sustain hunger.. only if they are full enough they sleep well .. if the baby was fine and active after he woke up and took his feed not an issue. If he has been fed with formula feed it’s generally makes them full
