It should be at least 3 1/2 kg more than the birth weight of the child is approximately 5 1/2 per KG is actually the right weight for your child by this age because your child was born with low weight gain so this is going to be good but in general if we take it it should be a Breathe at least 7 1/2 kg to 8 kg as of now
