Q.

baby birth weight is 2.725, at 7 months she is 6.6kg. is this normal? what all solids can be included in her diet now?

A. Namaste Mom Full term baby are expected to almost double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months and by the age of 1 they triple it they can be given now semi solid and mashed foods here you can give foods such as steamed vegetables soups fresh fruits ragi or suji porridge home made cerelac mix kichidi curds ghee etc

A. hello make sure to give baby semi solid n liquid based food in the diet n include home made cerelac rice dal water ghee curd banana avacado potato etc should be good
