baby birth weight is 2.25 kg at 3 months old her weight is 4.2 kg is that normal .

shruti sharmaMom of a 4 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Yes, the weight gain is normal and within expected range as per the birth weight. The weight doubled within three months which is a milestone and shows proper growth. If the baby is active and feeding well, nothing to worry about.
