Q.
baby 10 months old.. since 10 days having cough and cold...... wt are the remedies to relief her from cough and cold mam....

Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.hf if fever is there paracvetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Give sinarist One ML twice a day and also we do advise you to give a mixture of ginger juice with jaggery powder or any other sweeteners like date set up or something to your child because that is how a child is going to have a ginger juice so you go ahead with these two things twice a day for three days
