To help the baby gain weight, it is important to include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, milk and its products. Feed 3 main meals and atleast 2 times healthy snacks along with variety of fluids.
