it is very common that after antibiotics loose motion can occur in children for which usually probiotics are advised by the doctors and you can give sachet sporolac once or twice daily and if it is still cnot improving then meet your doctor

The diarrhea is usually mild and typically does not cause dehydration or weight loss. In most cases, antibiotics should not be stopped and the child's diet does not need to be changed.
