Ayush ko bahut cough hota hai jab bhi AC mein bhettha hai ? Hum kasauli mein rehte hai in Himachal, hum jab bhi lower Himachal mein jate hai tabhi is cough shuru hota hai ,due to AC

A. may beany flu .Cold and running nose may be due to season variation so you can give a steam for this and also can give asthakind for the cough if it is there otherwise it takes around 5 days to be normal . no need to worry for this .
