Some babies get their first tooth after 12 months, and hair growth can also be slow due to genetics or nutritional factors.
What You Can Do:
For Hair Growth:
Massage the scalp gently with coconut oil, almond oil, or castor oil to improve blood circulation. Include iron-rich and protein-rich foods like lentils, spinach, eggs, and dairy in their diet.
For Teeth Growth:
Ensure they are getting enough calcium and vitamin D from breast milk, formula, or dairy products. Give them teething-friendly foods like soft fruits and vegetables to encourage gum stimulation.
If by 15-18 months, the baby still has no teeth or very little hair growth, consult a pediatrician to rule out nutritional deficiencies or other underlying conditions.
