aviral is 2yr he takes his dinner at abt 8 night after that he takes one bottle milk bfr sleeping.....inbtwn he wants to eat something solid what else i should give him pls tell me

A. Hello dear parent! Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks in a day. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
