avi meri 16th week hai.. kya mein 4 months me keshar kha sakti hoon ?

A. haan , le sakte hai. Take plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products and a good source of protein . Continue taking iron and folic acid tablets, and calcium supplements is important supplement in pregnancy.
