At least 20 2 1/2 hours before you put your child to sleep because it is very important for the child to digest the food that you were giving before going to sleep and then it is very obvious that kids do wake up in the night to take a feed so you can give feed from time to time and you should give all the family food to the child because they are more fulfilling for the child to keep them full for a better duration
