babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months..
keep checking for the signs of teething such as swollen and hardened gums, raised body temperature and itching in the gums

Teething in babies can start as early as from 5th month and it may take upto 18 months in some. There is no need to be worried about it. Massage the gums with clean finger or cotton cloth to stimulate the gums.
