at what age can we start introducing solid or complementary foods to a baby, apart from breastfeeding?

A. dear parent, solids foods or complementary foods should be given to your baby only after the completion of 6 months. until then you should continue to exclusively breastfeed. breast milk is complete food till 6 months.

A. as per the babies requirement we can start the solids from the age as and when they enter in the 6th month. the food at that time should be off liquid consistency like you can give the rice water or banana mixed with the breast milk or the formula feed like this. you should give at least 3 days to the same food to get the baby settled with the food

A. As a child complete age of six months and enters into the time of seventh month that is the right time for you to introduce food and water to the child and that’s the right age where you can also start making your child sit with support
