At night time which is better curd or milk to toddler?

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. at night time do not give curd to baby as it has cold properties which can cause cold ,cough or congestion in baby therefore you can give any light food or milk to baby in the night
