hi all, my baby is 11 months old, we have started giving curd made with buffalo milk. which is better curd made with cow milk or buffalo milk?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. both are good can gu e any that digest well. make sure it should be at room temperature and Better to give during day time.. Curd are rich in nutrients, calcium, protien, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin,carbohydrate.
