Q.

at night the throat growls. sometimes it is difficult to breath.but in the morning is no problem..so please help me..

A. they are respiratory sounds due to simple secretions as well as common cold in children and if the child is not having any problem no treatment is required but if you feel that the child is having difficulty in breathing you can give nasal saline drops
