A. Nighttime vomiting in a two-month-old after feeding is often related to reflux, which is common in babies. Here are some tips that might help reduce it: 1. Keep Baby Upright: After feeding, try holding your baby in an upright position for 20–30 minutes to help prevent the milk from coming back up. 2. Smaller, Frequent Feeds: If possible, feed in smaller amounts more frequently, rather than larger feeds all at once. 3. Check Feeding Position: Ensure the baby is latched well and not swallowing too much air, which can lead to spit-up or vomiting. 4. Burp the Baby: Burping halfway through and after feeding can help release any trapped air. If the vomiting is frequent, forceful, or accompanied by other symptoms like weight loss, discomfort, or poor feeding, it’s a good idea to talk to a pediatrician.
