at birth time my baby girl weight was 2.3 kg and due to stomach infection after 10 days her weight was only 2.0 kg... she will turn 6 month on 18th of October... her recent weight is 5.1 kg only ... she is very very active but how can I help her to gain weight ???

A. dear Mum the weight is fine baby should gain atleast 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less follow growth curve with doctor exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete
