Q.

at birth my daughter weight was 2.14 kg,now she is 3 month old and her weight is 5.25 kg ,is it normal healthy weight gain or not ???

A. yes good enough in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking breastfeeding. meet the doctor for weightt assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate breastfeeding
