at birth my baby weight was 3. at 48 days her weight is 3.700. is it normal.

Yes Your child has gained about 700 g in 48 days which is decent because in general if a child gains somewhere around 500 GMs or half KG weight in a month and that’s average and that’s very good so need not worry about it as such over the period your child will gain more weight
