assalamualaikum mam myself Shireen here I have 8 months old babyboy now again iam conceive with 16 weeks but still iam feeding to my kid can I feed him is it good for my and my inside babys health give some suggestion

There is nothing to worry as even if u are feeding your 1st child n u conceived ..
Have a healthy and nutritious diet
Avoid consumption of excess oil, salt , sugar, refined products and junk food
Have small and frequent meals
Water 2-3 litre per day

Stay hydrated
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Take calcium supplements vitamins supplements protein powder
