assalamu alaikum sir my baby boy is 4 months old now and he does potty 4 to 5 times in a day in very small quantities Sometimes it seems green in colour and sometimes yellow what its means sir please tell me what prescription should I use to him

if u r breast feeding ur baby than feed longer from onecside tgan swich to other side
