A. Keep the child on the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes that helps in better digestion of the milk given if the child does not burp it is alright but if the child cries out of discomfort and either this is due to poor digestion or stomach pain in that case you can check with the doctor what medicine is going to be helpful and relaxing your child
