A. apne usko pure 5: days agar medicine de hai to ab bus mat dijiye aur bhook usko antibiotics k wajeh se nhi h usko thoda masale wala khana achcha lagega like aloo matar tar . means tamatar ye bni hue koi bhi halki sa masla becoz usko taste nhi ayega n munnakka ko tawe pe garm karke n kala namak lagake do faida hoga

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required likjge ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
