Q.

#Askthexperts iam mom of 7mnths 20days old boy he eat solid food in food I will add taste like jaggery is safe for his health or not and salt also what we can add in that food

A. good to add after 8 months. You can give different taste by adding Cummin powder, Curry leaves, coriender leaves, ajawain (carrom seeds), cinnamon,cardamom,ginger, garlic, nutmeg, date puree, or boiled and pureed risings gradually

A. Yes u can add jaggery for taste. it's an excellent choice.

Yes Jaggery and date syrup can definitely be used for that I do add a little bit of sweetness to the food so you can use that salt can be given from the very beginning because if you do not develop proper test words from the very beginning that your child is going to refuse to most of the food so add salt for sure
