Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this and then you can follow the advice given by your doctor just maintain proper hygiene for yourselfe . so please consult your doctor once.

You Should use a bra from the day one it self if you do not use the breast start to sag more and more which is why it is very important that you should be very good from the day one after your delivery doctors always advise you to go for it so if you haven’t worn it till now then you should wear it every day
