A. Hello dear parent! Gradually reduce giving such outside foods. They are high in sugars and calories but none in nutrition. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
