A. hi yes ,some food items like sprouted fenugreek seeds , cumin seeds or fennel seeds water , drumsticks soup ,nuts , dry fruits etc are best for this. but along with that , please provide more and more breastfeeds to your child because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced naturally.
