Q.
#AskThexpert hello dr.. my daughter smaya is 5 yrs old. she very oftenly becomes sick easily. last week she was treated for urine infection.. she was getting chills with high fever.. she was fine by Tuesday and today she has fallen I'll again with cough and cold.

whenever she has fever please remember to keep her Hydrated by giving her a spoon of water every 30 minuets
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not in cloudy weather
don't over feed her
keep a bowl of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far over night when she has cold
