#askthepert My son is 10 months old and he allergic to milk since he was 4 months old, he is on efh milk since then and will continue so, but as he is growing his sleeping pattern is becoming worse. He sleeps so less. At night he wakes up frequently and he wakesup early in the morning. When he sleeps most of the time he twist and turns as if something is bothering him. Does milk allergy worse the sleep? Does allergy babies sleeps less?? Please help. I’m really exhausted.
