My 4 month old baby drinks milk only when he is sleeping, when he is awake he just don’t want to put milk bottle in his mouth. What would be the reason??

Teething would be one reason behind it and the second could probably be distraction from the surroundings shift to understand the simple thing that kids gained their vision after the age of three months and so excited about the surrounding because that is the time when they can see things clearly because of that excitement of surroundings and you know because of that kids do not take feeding sometimes so either of the two could be the reason behind it
