Q.

#askthenutritionist my baby is of 9months she was born 3.2 kg is just 6.5 from last 1.5month. doctor gave calcium zinc and health ok . what else should I do to gain her weight. she is very lean. she eat proper food . I give atleast 4 5 meals per day. minimum 60 to 90ml per meal. is it enough

A. weight is not good and not bad.. but it can be improve by giving nutrition food.. add ghee in her food, offer at least one fruit in daily routine.

A. Hello dear parent! It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months completion and triples by one year completion. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. As long as your baby is active and healthy, reaching milestones then nothing to worry ,
