A. Dear mum, for 13 months old baby, give all family foods the way you prepare at home. Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables including green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed baby
