#AskTheExpmy ert my son is 6.4yrs old .his teeth is falllen down in early ... it's front upper side teeth .it's not come it will take more time or any medical issues..this teeth fall down in last nov -dec

The process of teeth fall can start any time after the age of 4 1/2 to 5 years so it’s not only it is right a time also there is no compulsion that if one teeth has fallen it is going to come very early or so it is going to take its own time is right now there is no delay there is no medical problems it is going to happen when it has to happen
