#asktheexpertsmy baby is 6 months old she is doing green colour potty is it k? Whenever she is dng potty am using baby wipes is it harmful to baby for that portion become red

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. better to use water to clean the baby after passing motion. it's not hygienic enough only to use wipes. baby is old enough to use water to clean after passing urine and motion.
if you are breastfeeding your baby then there is a possibility that your baby is getting more of foremilk .....that is the initial milk and not much of hind milk.....that is the later milk which is more fat.
so for the next few times feed your baby for longer than you usually do and see if it makes any difference. feed atleast for 10-15 min on each breast.
Or it could also be from the iron content in the formula milk that you are giving.
Please keep and check. See if changes in the above reasons shows any difference.
If not please consult your Pediatrician once as it would be better.
