#asktheexperts Yesterday My son kept crying for 4-5 hours, and was not accepting feed (breastfeed). This was very unusual for him. At such times how we can identify the reason for discomfort and crying . later around 11 PM he slept and was feeding in night

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 weeks agoA. It really gets a bit tricky because we don’t know if the babies crying because of cluster feeding or because of tummyache or gastritis or something else. Please consult a doctor for a check up, nevertheless

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Hello! Can be colic issues. It is important to burp your baby after every feeding session. Do not make your baby lie on immediately and hold the baby in upright position for sometime and gently rub the back till the baby burps. Maybe you can also keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy in such situations
