Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. ig xsyes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. yes viral fever is prevalent it is very common that children will fall ill again and again that is within one or two months sometimes before 7 years of age. this falling ill is just steps to to immunity build up in these children and you will see that after 7 years they will not fall ill that much dfrequently. till that time just take care of regular diet made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and do not give outside packet foods and complete the vaccination of the child
