A. if you mean to say that the child has not yet erupted with any milky teeth then it is a matter of concern I would suggest you to please go ahead and meet a periodontist so that they can do a proper x-ray and understand are their teeth kept in the gums of a little one and will advise you proper treatment in case it is not about milk teeth and adult teeth do not worry in that case as my child started with adult teething post completion of eight years of age till 15 years it is absolutely normal
