Its Stomach reflux which kids are suffering from a disease which is why they keep spitting out milk like this it is very common it is going to mostly continue up till the age the child does not learn to sit independently so need not worry about it even if your child is vomiting 5 to 6 times in a day or so then do it it will be considered completely normal so don’t get hassled by today’s
