RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Maybe that is judo dehydration that the motion of your child is too hard and when the child has to really push too hard sometimes due to that and expanding as well the blood can come so I will suggest you that you should try to go ahead with giving really good amount of water in fluids to the child
