Could be a possibility that your child is having its teeth and when kids have their teeth they tend to drool quite a lot and because of that pimples can appear around the lips and the mouth of your child so that’s the reason then I would recommend you to apply Boroline anti septic cream regularly that’s going to be the right thing to be used as of now
