Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. for a child's abdominal pain, give 5 ml of syrup colicaid or cyclopam and consult a doctor for the cause. offer easily digestible foods like curd rice and fruits; avoidf milk products and heavy foods. continue anti-colic medication, and the doctor may recommend antacids for gas. f
