A. whenever you introduce food for the child and it is causing constipation you have to stop that particular food which is causing such problems and try to give food which is more rich in fibre and has got plenty of fluids. it is important to add papaya in the diet which will help in decreasing this problem and also at the same time see that you are not giving any new outside milk which is again known to cause constipationx Medicine is to be given only if instructed by the doctor after examination. give plenty of water to drink. if needed the doctor will give polyethylene glycol which is the first line of medicine for constipation

A. When you start with semisolid food initially this kind of a problem can be seen but as you increase the quantity of food also increase the intake of liquid and fibre for the child which is what is going to be beneficial for proper digestion and pooping of your child
