Bonnisan you can give the child one time maximum four times in the day if you want to give it it is a SOS medicine which can be used every day for five drops is the right amount of medicine and when you ask this question why my child is constantly crying it’s due to severe stomach pain which is usually termed as evening COLIC for small kids
