#asktheexperts wht food is healthy for my baby n which food helps gain weight of my baby?

A. For weight gain Try to give fresh seasonal fruits .. Give apple, pear, banana, papaya, mango, chiku, vegetables like potatoes, carrot, sweet potato, dry fruits, include diary products like milk, curd, ghee, give eggs and chicken.

A. All the food that you are eating on an every day basis is the most healthy food to be given to the child this is just to inform you that the Indian plate that we have on an every day basis is the most healthy play it that you can be offering to the child unit has every thing for healthy growth
