RashmiMom of a 11 yr 10 m old girl4 days agoA. Mam actually in this age it is supposed to be given 60,000 IU which comes in the form of a powder that you can add in the milk in the morning but you cannot give it without doctors recommendation and it could be unhealthy for the child
